EVERYONE WHO HAS A KEY TO THE ARENA:  Please be sure to connect the big member lock to the smaller lock when you leave the arena.  The smaller lock is for FPL and for the past two months they’ve not been able to gain access to the meter because the small lock is not connected and won’t open the chain.

We are having another New Year’s Eve party for the members!!  Bring your Christmas tree for the races :)))  Also please bring a covered dish – the club will provide the meats.  Starting approx 7 p.m. and running all night long....if you have an RV and would like to bring it up and sleep on the grounds, that is ok too.  No drinking and driving!!

Lastly, our rodeos are just around the corner again.  Please be sure to come to the MANDATORY MEETING ON TUESDAY JANUARY 12 AT 7 P.M. to discuss work assignments for the Bullfrog Bash on January 23, and the Cracker Day rodeo on March 7, 2010.
